----- GENERAL
• Any commission arts from me should not be used for any AI training.Turnaround Time (TAT):
•Fully rendered: 2 weeks - 1 month (depending to the type of commission)
•Clean sketches and chibi: 2-5 days
•Colored sketch: 4 days - 1 weeka. ARTIST
• I have the rights to decline any commission if it makes me uncomfortable and if the client is being disrespectful.b. CLIENT
• Required to provide a reference sheet for their characters. This includes the proposed pose and character's color pallete.
•Must inform the artist if the requested illustration is for commercial purposes.

----- PAYMENTS
• GCash and Paypal available !
• The clients shall pay for the half down payment before I proceed to the sketch.
• Full payment is required before I send the finished commission.
•STRICTLY NO REFUNDS once the agreement is done.a. EXTRA FEES
• Additional characters are the 90% of the price for any type of commission.
• Extra details: 200 PHP/ 3 USD
• Rush commission: additional 500 PHP/ 8 USD
• Commercial Commission: 2x the price for any type of commission [UPDATED]------ REVISION
• I will only accept 4 minor revisions in the sketch process. Major revisions (such as: pose revision) will be charged additionally 100 PHP/ 2 USD.
• I will NOT ALLOW any revisions once I start the rendering process.----- DEADLINES and DELIVERY
• Clients shall inform if the commission has deadline or it is a rush commission; Otherwise, please wait for the turnaround time.
• Finished commission will be sent via Google Drive link or Email.----- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• The client may use the illustration without watermark and shall provide credits if posted online.
• The client is not permitted to edit or modify the illustrations.
•The client is not permitted to use the illustration for AI purposes.
•The client is not permitted to resell the illustration.
•The client is permitted to use the illustration for commercial use if and only if the client has informed the artist that it is for commercial purposes. [UPDATED]
• The artist is allowed to use the images for portfolio or advertising purposes (unless stated otherwise)
• The artist retains fulls right to the illustrations as its creator.
